Cal. HC: Interfering in Investigation by State May Result in Disruption of Co-operative Federalism - 25.01.2024

Calcutta High Court while staying order for immediate transfer of a probe being conducted by State to CBI, has held that right of State to conduct fair and impartial investigation can’t be lightly interfered with as it would result in disruption of co-operative federal structure of the country.
