All. HC: Denying Pension by Applying Amended Rule Retrospectively Violates Arts. 14 & 16 of COI - 25.01.2024

Allahabad HC has held that denying pension to individual by retrospectively applying Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Appointment and Conditions of Service of the Chairperson and Members) (First Amendment) Rules, 2021 is violative of Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India (COI).
