Del. HC Upheld Stay on Notices by DGHS To Companies Involved in Surrogate Ad. of Tobacco Products - 25.01.2024

Delhi High Court has upheld the stay on the show cause notices issued by Director General of Health Services (DGHS) to two companies for allegedly involving in surrogate advertisements for promoting their products Dilbagh Pan Masala and Vimal Elaichi.
