SC: Default Bail Can’t be Claimed on Ground of Pending Investigation Against Other Accused - 24.01.2024

Supreme Court has held that statutory right of default bail cannot be claimed by accused under Section 167(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 on the ground that the investigation for other accused is pending.
