Delhi High Court: ‘Non-Adjusting Attitude’ of Wife Amounts to Mental Cruelty, Court Grants Divorce - 24.01.2024

Delhi High Court while granting divorce to a husband, has observed that the non–adjusting attitude of the wife and her incapability to sort out differences, with maturity, without causing public humiliation to husband amounts to mental cruelty.
