Ker. HC: ‘No Mens Rea’, Bail Granted to Teacher for Cutting Hair of Tribal Student During Assembly - 23.01.2024

Kerala High Court while granting anticipatory bail to a teacher for cutting hair of a student belonging to the Scheduled Tribe community has held that no mens rea was established against the teacher and that she was only trying to enforce disciplinary control over the student.
