Delhi High Court: CIC Doesn’t Have Jurisdiction to Direct Furnishing of Information u/s 138 IT Act - 23.01.2024

Del. HC while setting aside Central Information Commission (CIC)’s order directing IT department to provide details regarding tax exemption granted to PM Cares Fund under the RTI Act has held that CIC doesn’t have the jurisdiction to direct furnishing of information provided for u/s 138 of IT Act.
