Kerala High Court: Incident of Rape not Implausible Just Because Family Lives in a Small Hut - 23.01.2024

Kerala High Court while upholding father’s conviction for sexually assaulting and raping his minor daughter has held that merely because the family of the victim consisting of several members was residing in a small hut, it can’t be said that the occurrence of rape is not possible.
