Supreme Court: Trade Dress of Whiskey ‘London Pride’ Visibly Same as that of ‘Imperial Blue’ - 23.01.2024

Supreme Court while observing that the trade dress of ‘London Pride’ and ‘Imperial Blue’ appear to be virtually same, has asked London Pride to change the same and to abstain from using any bottle with the logo of the Seagram.
