Rajasthan HC Issues Notice to State Govt. on Death of Infants - 25.05.2016

Rajasthan HC has issued notice to State's Chief Secretary, Principal Medical and Health Secretary and five others, over a petition on recent death of 16 newborn babies in Ajmer’s Jawaharlal Nehru Government Hospital, alleging that 165 babies had died in past 6 months due to hospital's negligence.
