All HC: Visa and Citizenship Claim to be Decided on Merits & not on Negative Report of DM - 22.01.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that claim for visa and citizenship cannot be decided by a negative report of the District Magistrate (DM). It has to be decided by Competent Authorities on Merits.
