All. HC: Criminal Proceedings Also Disclosing Civil Dispute Between Parties Not Liable to be Quashed - 19.01.2024

Allahabad High Court has held that the mere fact that allegations in criminal proceedings also make out the existence of civil dispute between the parties would not be a ground to quash the criminal proceedings, when the allegations clearly make out commission of cognizable offences by one party.
