Chh. HC: Second Wife Cannot File Complaint/FIR Against Husband and Her In-Laws u/s 498-A IPC - 19.01.2024

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that any complaint/FIR filed by the second wife under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) against her husband and in-laws is not maintainable.
