Bom HC: Student Should be Timely Informed About Eligibility Status to Avoid Wastage of Time & Money - 18.01.2024

Bombay High Court while quashing Mumbai University’s decision of declaring a student ineligible for a course when he had already completed two semesters, has held that it isn’t fair to inform the student about his ineligibility at the end of the course as it leads to wastage of both time and money.
