Del. HC: Interest Cannot be Included in “Aggregate Value of Claim & Counter-Claim” u/s. 12 of CCA - 17.01.2024

Delhi HC has held that to determine pecuniary jurisdiction of a Court for petition u/s 34 of the A&C Act the value of claims and counterclaims shall not include the value of the pendente lite and future interest in order to determine specified value provided u/s 12 of Commercial Courts Act (CCA).
