Skill Development Scam Case: Split Verdict by SC On Quashing FIR Against Chandrababu Naidu - 16.01.2024

Supreme Court has given split verdict on a plea by Chandrababu Naidu for quashing of first information report against him in skill development scam case. In view of the split in the bench's interpretation of Section 17A of Prevention of Corruption Act, the matter has now referred to a larger bench.
