Bom. HC has postponed its decision on challenge to Rules 3(i)(II)(A)&(C) of IT Amendment Rules that necessitates social media intermediaries to make reasonable efforts to prevent users from publishing information on the government's business which is identified as fake & false by Fact Check Unit.
