Ori. HC: Person Can Apply for Anticipatory Bail u/s 438 CrPC if Added as Accused u/s 319 Crpc Trial - 15.01.2024

Orissa High Court has held that a person who is added as an accused by the court during the trial under Section 319 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) can also apply for bail under Section 438 of CrPC if he is summoned by the court.
