Ker HC: Absence After Expiry of Approved Leaves is Non-Duty for all Purposes Except Pension - 15.01.2024

Kerala High Court while setting aside the promotion of an employee, has held that absence of any employee after expiry of his/her approved leaves must be treated as unauthorized and non-duty for all purposes other than pension.
