Ker HC: Sympathy Needed in Transferring Working Women Who Play Major Role in Taking Care of Family - 15.01.2024

Kerala High Court while observing that compassion & empathy is required while transferring working women from one destination to another since they play an important role in taking care of family, has directed the authorities to maintain status quo until the matters were disposed of by the tribunal.
