Kerala HC: Evidence of Witness Can be Recorded in Absence of Accused - 15.01.2024

Kerala High Court has held that evidence of witnesses can be recorded in the presence of the counsel for the accused even in situations where the court grants exemption from personal appearance to the accused even of a day.
