Bom HC: Gratuity to be Calculated as Per Last Drawn Salary at Final Cessation of Service Bombay - 15.01.2024

Bombay High Court has held that when an employee is transferred from one institute to another under the same management with continuity in service, gratuity will be determined on the basis of salary last drawn by him at the time of final cessation of service.
