SC Issues Directions Regarding Compensation for Victims of Hit & Run Cases - 15.01.2024

After considering the dismal rate of grant of compensation under Compensation of Victims of Hit and Run Motor Accidents Scheme, 2022, the SC has issued directions to Police to inform more victims about the scheme and suggested Govt. to consider increase in compensation amount.
