Supreme Court Refuses to Modify NGT Order on Rohtang - 24.05.2016

Supreme Court has refused to modify the National Green Tribunal (NGT) order that restricts the number of vehicles going to Rohtang Pass and observed that vehicular exhausts have “adverse impacts” on glaciers.
