Del. HC: Fundamental Rights of Foreigners Limited to Right to Life and Personal Liberty Under A. 21 - 12.01.2024

Delhi High Court has held that the Fundamental Right of any foreigner or suspected foreigner is limited to the one declared under Article 21 of the Constitution of India i.e. Fundamental Right to life and liberty and that they cannot claim the right to reside and settle in India.
