Del. HC: Tick Mark Against an Answer Given Entitles the Student to Get Full Marks - 11.01.2024

Delhi High Court has held that whenever an examiner puts a tick mark against an answer provided by the student without awarding any marks then, unless Court is satisfied that examiner has found answer to be incorrect, the student deserves the benefit of doubt which makes him entitled to full marks.
