Del. HC: Opponent Does Not Have a Right to Intervene in the Examination Process - 11.01.2024

Delhi High Court while observing that an objection is intended to facilitate and assist the Controller in examining the patent application, has held that the opponent can assert a right of hearing only in respect of the representation and not in respect of intervening in the examination process.
