Delhi HC: Enforcement Director Can't Act as 'Super Investigator' - 24.05.2016

Delhi High Court while hearing the pleas filed by Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and others in connection with a money laundering case has observed that Enforcement Directorate cannot act as "super investigator".
