Ch. HC: Appeal Against Acquittal Order u/s 138 of NI Act Lies to HC u/s 378(4) of CrPC - 10.01.2024

Chhattisgarh High Court has held that an appeal against orders of acquittal under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 shall lie to the High Court only under Section 378(4) and not under proviso to Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
