Del HC: Interim Maintenance Can’t be Denied Based on Unproven Allegations of Illicit Relationship - 10.01.2024

Delhi High Court held that a wife cannot be denied the benefit of interim maintenance under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 merely on the basis of allegations of illicit relationship which are yet to be proved during the course of trial.
