Bom HC: HC Has the Authority to Suspend Sentence Even if the Accused Hasn’t Surrendered - 10.01.2024

Bombay High Court while observing that the High Court can’t refuse to entertain a revision without surrender, has held that in exercise of the revisional jurisdiction High Court could exercise the discretion to suspend the sentence even without the accused surrendering himself or being arrested.
