Mad. HC: Citizens Should Not be Prevented from Expressing Their Views in a Democracy - 09.01.2024

Madras High Court while issuing guidelines for future RSS marches, has observed that conducting processions, rallies, etc are true signs of vibrant democracy and manifestation of freedom of thought and expression attempts shouldn’t be made to prevent the Citizens' right of thought and expression.
