Del. HC: Special Courts Can Try Offences Against Persons Who Had Ceased to be MP or MLA - 09.01.2024

Delhi High Court has held that Special MP/MLA Courts are eligible to try offences pending against the persons who had ceased to be an MP or MLA at the time of commission of offence and there is no specific bar for such trial to be conducted by the Special Court.
