Ker. HC: Person Cannot Avoid Decree for Absence of Signature if it has been Acted Upon - 05.01.2024

Kerala High Court held that a person, who enjoys the benefit of a compromise, he did not sign, after filing affidavit acting upon the same and obtained money in terms of the compromise, cannot deviate from said compromise on the ground that he or she didn’t sign the same after acting upon the same.
