SC: Decision of Co-Ordinate Bench of Same HC to be Binding on HC Bench - 05.01.2024

Supreme Court while observing that rule of Judicial Discipline has a merit of promoting certainty and consistency in judicial decisions, has held that when a decision of coordinate Bench of same High court is brought to notice of bench, it is to be respected and is binding on the High Court bench.
