Del. HC: Issuance of Anti-Suit Injunction Possible if Foreign Proceedings Oppressive or Vexatious - 04.01.2024

Delhi High Court while observing that cases of injunction are governed by the doctrine of equity, has held that Indian Courts can issue anti-suit injunction in the interest of justice if matrimonial proceedings in a foreign court relating to non-resident Indians are oppressive or vexatious.
