Del. HC: Can’t Force Accused to Disclose Password of Devices Seized During Investigation - 04.01.2024

Delhi High Court while observing that investigating agency can’t expect accused to "sing in a tune which is music to their ears", has held that accused can’t be forced to disclose passwords or any other similar details of digital devices or gadgets seized during investigation while trial is ongoing.
