Raj HC: Minor Rape Victim Eligible for Compensation Even if Incident Occurred Before 2009 Amendment - 04.01.2024

Rajasthan High Court has held that a minor rape victim shall be eligible to avail the compensation under Section 357A CrPC even if the incident occurred before the 2009 amendment in CrPC if the claim petition was filed before 2009.
