SC: Bar of limitation Can’t be Eluded by Taking Recourse of Art. 136 When Statutory Appeal Available - 04.01.2024

Supreme Court while observing that bar of limitation cannot be avoided by taking recourse of proceedings under Article 136 of the Constitution when a statutory appeal is available, has dismissed the SLPs and left it open to the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedies available.
