SC: Candidature Can't Be Cancelled for Insignificant Trivial Errors - 03.01.2024

Supreme Court while observing that a candidate can’t be penalized for an insignificant error that has no bearing on the ultimate result, has held that an inadvertent error while mentioning the date of birth in the application form does not constitute misrepresentation or willful suppression.
