SC: Candidature Can't Be Cancelled for Insignificant Trivial Errors - 03.01.2024

Supreme Court while observing that a candidate can’t be penalized for insignificant error which has no bearing on the ultimate result, has held that an inadvertent error while mentioning date of birth in the application form do not constitute misrepresentation or willful suppression.
