HP HC: Motherhood is Essential for Existence of Human Race; Facilities Must be Provided to her - 02.01.2024

Himachal Pradesh High Court while observing that to give birth and take care of a child is a pious role to be performed by her for the existence of Society, has held that considering the arduous nature of this duty, she must be provided facilities to which she is entitled.
