All. HC to UP Bar Council: Ensure Police Report is Called Before Granting Bar License - 29.12.2023

Allahabad High Court has directed the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh to issue necessary directions and to ensure appropriate police reports are called about all pending and fresh applications for the issuance of licenses as is being done/followed for the issuance of Passports.
