Mad HC: Muslim Man Entitled to Polygamous Marriage But Must Treat All Wives Equally - 28.12.2023

Madras High Court while upholding Family Court’s order of dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty, has held that under Islamic law, the husband is entitled to polygamous marriage however, he has to treat all the wives equally.
