JKL HC: No Punishment Can be Imposed on Minor Under POCSO for Providing False Information - 28.12.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that a perusal of Section 22(2) of the POCSO Act would reveal that if a false complaint has been made or false information has been provided by a child, no punishment shall be imposed upon such child.
