Bom. HC: Remedy Under the SARFAESI Act and A&C Act Work in Tandem - 27.12.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that debt owed to financial institutions under SARFAESI is arbitrable, has held that remedy under the SARFAESI Act is not a bar to the arbitration proceedings and both remedies work in tandem.
