Extension of the timeline for filing comments on PUC/PCN in case of suo-motu anti-dumping investigation on imports of 'Fasteners' originating in or exported from China PR

Case No. AD OI-(15/2023) 1. With respect to the above-mentioned subject investigation, letters were sent post-initiation on 6th December 2023 to known interested parties containing details about various submissions including the opportunity to submit their comments on the scope of the PUC and propose PCNs, if any, within 15 days from the date of the said letter.

2. Requests have been received from few interested parties for granting extension of the timeline for filing comments on scope of PUC and PCNs. Based on these requests, the Authority has decided to grant additional time of 7 days to all the parties.

3. It is, therefore, advised that all the parties should file their comments within the stipulated time as extended above i.e. by 27th December 2023. Since, the investigation is time bound, no further request for extension of time would be considered by the Authority.

4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
