Pat. HC: Leveling of False Allegation of Illicit Relations Amounts to Mental Cruelty - 26.12.2023

Patna High Court has held that leveling of false allegation by one spouse to the other having alleged illicit relations with different persons outside the wedlock not only amounts to mental cruelty and character assassination but also tarnishes the individual's public reputation in society.
