Del. HC: Information Related to Tracking of Phone is Exempted from Disclosure u/s 8 of RTI Act - 26.12.2023

Delhi High Court has held that disclosure of information related to interception or tapping or tracking of a phone may impede process of investigation, and may prejudicially affect the sovereignty and integrity of India, and would therefore be exempted from disclosure under Section 8 of RTI Act.
