Del. HC: Solicitor General’s Opinion to Government Exempted from Disclosure Under RTI Act - 26.12.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that relationship between Solicitor General (SG) of India and Government of India is a fiduciary relationship, has held that disclosure of advice tendered by SG would fall under the exception of Section 8(1)(e) of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005.
